Remodeling work we've offered recently
Here is a basement we recently re-vamped. We removed and disposed of the carpet, installed a brand new LVP flooring, and painted the walls, doors, door trim, and baseboards all new colors.
Here is a cabin-style home that we recently had the opportunity to paint the entire exterior of. We worked with the home owners (who live out of state) to narrow in on the colors for the main body and trim paint that made the most sense to them. We also re-sealed many sections around the windows and reattached some of the trim pieces that had gotten loose over time.

Here's a water-damaged wall, where there had been a leak in a line and ruined the drywall.

This is after the old pieces had been cut out, disposed of, and the new drywall had been installed and joint compound applied.

Here is an after picture of the wall, the paint is still drying but the texture matches the other sections of the wall and ceiling.
